Policies Orangewood Inn & Suites
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 PM at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Standard Deposit Policy:
First night's room and tax.
Additional Deposit Policy:
Additional $50 refundable deposit is required at check in.
Debit and Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
Pet Policy:
Orangewood Inn & Suites Austin Midtown does not allow pets. A nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100.00 plus tax will be charged to the guest's credit card if a pet or evidence of a pet is found in the guest room.
Smoking policy:
Orangewood Inn & Suites Austin Midtown is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or allowing others to smoke in guest rooms will result in a nonrefundable $150 fine, plus applicable taxes. The registered guest will be responsible for the fine and any additional costs incurred by the hotel to treat the affected room.
Family Policy:
Orangewood Inn & Suites Austin Midtown welcomes guests of all ages. However, the primary guest must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid government-issued ID, and have the legal authority to register. The primary guest is also responsible for all charges incurred by others on their account, including minors staying with them.

Many of our amenities—including the business center, fitness center, swimming pool, and breakfast service—remain available for guests to enjoy. In addition to our complimentary hot breakfast each morning, we also offer a convenient To-Go Breakfast option.
